Tommee began selling Real Estate 10 years ago, and quickly built a reputation of prviding excellent service in her field. She is a Lifetime Member of El Dorado County Top Achievers Club, as well as the RE/MAX 100% Club. Because Tommee is a 5th Generation resident of El Dorado County, she has a keen knowledge and understanding of the entire area. Prior to her Real Estate Career, Tommee was a teacher. This experience gives her the ability to educate her clients about the various aspects of Real Estate, while she is assisting them in reaching their goals. She is a clear communicator and makes sure that every client is aware of their options, thus instilling confidence inthe decisions they make.

Kathy has 9 years as a Real Estate Agent, teaming up with Tomme to form the TomKats Team. Her many years of medical and retail experience give her excellent communication and customer service skills. In addition, Kathy worked for her husband, a successful Real Estate Broker in Fair Oaks, for 13 years. Always striving to keep lines of communication open to everyone involved, Kathy is known as a hard working individual with a caring approach and strong sense of purpose. She is also a Lifetime Member of El Dorado County Top Achievers and the RE/MAX 100% Club.

Both of the team members come from large families, are lifelong residents of El Dorado County and have raised their children here. They possess strong values, a keen sense of community, a strong sense of responsibility to help others, and the desire to give back whenever possible.

Tommee and Kathy decided to work as a team for several reasons. First of all, they wanted to make sure that one of them was always available for client services. When Tommee is sick or goes on vacation, Kathy is there to run the business, and vice versa. Another reason is that it is legal in the state of California for an agent to represent both the buyer and the seller. Tommee and Kathy feel this is a conflict so to prevent this conflict from happening, Tommee represents one party and Kathy represents the other, allowing each party their own separate agent. Additionally, it is ofern said that two heads are better than one. This could not be truer in the case of the TomKats Team. Brainstorming, contribution and input is an integral part of the workings of this team. With both women working together you have a well rounded team of premium agents!
